| If you are in the right frame of mind, it really isn't that hard. You may experience a couple of days with slight headache, etc...but after that you will feel wonderful. Plan ahead, know how you're going to deal with 'challenges'...be prepared. You will do great.

| Thanks. Its just kind of hard to plan out meals without the foods that your used too. I bought chicken breast for dinners and lunches for all week but what kind of food can you eat on the sides since you cant do vegetables?? |

| Well most of the vegetables that I like, is not on the list, like corn, broccoli, brussel sprouts, green beans, peas. I eat lettuce and cucumber in my salads but thats about it. Also, how much do you guys workout to see results in the Induction phase? Thanks everyone! =] |
