Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!" | To Original Poster: I have been having a hard time getting started with Atkins, and have been considering trying to create an application to help me track my progress, make decisions quickly, but most of all so I will never have an excuse for forgetting or ignoring something. I would love to hear ideas from you on what type of App you would find useful. ~Shimo

| hi atkins gal, i have look, but i haven't found anything that seems very useful. there are apps that track weight well, there are apps that track exercise, there are apps that track food, but they tend to be very specialized and the data is not very flexible. do you know of one that you would recommend? ~shimo
