Default Tired of being Pathetic!!

I cannot believe how long its been since I began induction! I did very well the first 3 days, then I became very ill with sinusitis and I then made a horrible mistake, I went off the diet in order to heal and gain strength to fight sickness. 1 month and some days later here I am starting induction over. I wouldnt feel so pathetic if I hadnt spent the last month suposedly doing induction, I let my time of the month and extreme sweets cravings get in my way! NOW I HAVE GOTTEN SERIOUS!!! Today is my 1st day.
I need to know if Velveeta can be eaten during induction & if there is anything that anyone has used to help them with sweet tooth problems, exspecially for 14 days? Maybe some kind of little trick they may know!

THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP, PENNY

Velveeta is a definite no. L-Carnitine is supposed to help with cravings. The biggest thing I found to deal with cravings is not to feed them anything sweet at all.

I agree...feed your sweet tooth, but give it Induction legal things like a boiled egg with mayo and a celery stick, a piece of cheese, or veggies and dip. Beat the sweet tooth monster right now.

There are Induction friendly treats that you can make at home, but speaking from personal experience, I realized that I used treats as reward, consolation, celebration, etc, and I felt that to really make a change in my eating, I had to get that monkey off my back.
Thinking in terms of nutrition, something like egg or tuna salad is going to do waaaaay more for your body than jello does...so bear that in mind.
