| And you didnt mention any veggies! You should be having 2 cups from the 2-cup list and one cup from the 1-cup list (or an extra cup from the 1-cup list) spaced throughout the day to help keep your blood sugars on an even keel. As for the bacon and sausage you do need to read the ingredients on the labels or ask what additives or fillers are in them. I think people have said here that boar's head do make a bacon that is OK for induction but you will have to check your particular one.
