| I am sure you will be fine - just print out a copy of the acceptable foods list (there is a wallet-sized one on this forum) to take with you to make sure you choose correctly!

ensive I can't get out of it! My friends want to go out to eat next week for another friend's birthday to TGIFridays. I know that they have Atkins approved food..but is it all right? I'm scared. lol
