| Hi Jemimajan, what your height, as you do not weigh alot, and the amount you want to lose for your body is quite a lot if your already 130lbs. Take your vitamins, get a good multivitamin.Centrum silver a good one. Yes you can exercise, i think it will be good for you, but take it easy as your body will go through some big changes asyou convert your metabolism.If i were you id see how you feel in the first few days, as normally you do feel a bit run down, tired and have a headace, but it passes aftr 2 or 3 days. | You should begin exercising on Day 1. Some people don't feel the carb withdrawals ('Induction flu'); others do. Good luck to you.
