Default Eggs

I have a question I am being debated about what part of the egg to eat. Is there a specific part to eat or is the whole egg alright to eat during induction? Please answer ASAP.

Whole eggs are best for this diet. The yolk contains fats and other vital nutrients (afterall, the developing chicken uses the yolk as nourishment). The whites contain protein. You'll need this fat-protein combo to help you get into ketosis and to help you feel satiety.
