hello everyone. i am on day 8 of induction diet. i have followed it very strictly. i have lost 3 lbs. but i am wondering if that is average. i see lots of people who have lost lots more. i have about 50 lbs to lose and i am getting a bit obsessed of why its so slow comming off for me. i walk a mile and a half every day. i am excited about the 3 lbs but dishearted that its only 3. any suggestions or advice for me
