    Default Day 4 almost over

    Today was good for me. I had a Ceasar salad for lunch and for dinner grilled steak, brocolli and cauliflower with butter & parmesan cheese. Yummy

    Well about that.....I have not been exercising yet. I want to start jogging in the mornings and doing some strength training but im having a hard time getting over feeling self conscience in front of my husband. Lord knows he would never make fun of me but I can't help it.

    My poor SO sees me doing Wii Fit in a sports bra, panties and tennis shoes cause I don't want to waste clean workout clothes exercising at home. Definitely not self conscious at all here.
    Don't worry about what anyone else thinks and get your exercise in.

    I hope you don't make him keep his eyes closed when y'all are making whoopie. He has seen you and loves you and will really love it that you are starting to workout so you can grow old together. heck maybe you could get him to workout with you in the AM
