Well about that.....I have not been exercising yet. I want to start jogging in the mornings and doing some strength training but im having a hard time getting over feeling self conscience in front of my husband. Lord knows he would never make fun of me but I can't help it.

My poor SO sees me doing Wii Fit in a sports bra, panties and tennis shoes cause I don't want to waste clean workout clothes exercising at home. Definitely not self conscious at all here.![]()
Don't worry about what anyone else thinks and get your exercise in.
