From what I read those ketosis sticks arent accurate. So how do I know Im in ketosis. I do know for last week and half I havent gone over 20 grams of carbs a day. Although on occasion I have eaten stuff with sugar. I had 2 hot dogs a couple days ago and yesterday I nuked a few meatballs that ingredients said it had sugar. And i had some frozen berries. About a handful. Maybe i have unrealistic expectations. I guess I thought the weight would just melt off..lol..
