I am drinking so much water I cant tell if its the water or the ketosis and I have been on it for 5 days now. I am even waking up a couple times a night to go and I have not done that since I was pregnant 10 months ago. ensive

I'm surprised nobody has brought up the subject of neon yellow pee! That was one of my first posts.

About a half hour after you take your vitamins you might notice absolutely neon yellow pee...lol..it's from the B vitamins.

yeah... it gets annoying, especially when im running around going to class..

what keeps me happy is thinking that the more i pee, the more i lose.. in my head the fat comes out through the pee, so, the more the better...

You're not alone in all this! The water your drinking has to go somewhere so....

Your body does eventually adapt to drinking so much water. For me, it seemed I had to go every 2 or so hours, now I only go maybe 2-3 times a day - so your body does get used to it.. takes a while though.. um... hope you have a pretty bathroom cuz you'll be visiting it a lot

In regards to the Neon pee, are you taking the Atkins multi-vit, or does it occur when any vits are being taken.

I had to explain to the nurse this week I was taking a multi-vit pill that turned my wee a neon shade as I handed over a sample of bright neon wee, I was a little embarrssed :yikes !!

At least it reminds us that wer have taken them!
