| I have been doing this diet for eight days and I have lost eight pounds. I make a pitcher of unsweetened decaf tea and a pitcher of Crystal Light Lemonade. Some nights at dinner, I take a half glass lemonade and a half glass of tea and mix well. It is sooo good. I am not having any sugar cravings from it and evidently it isn't stalling me. Everyone is different though. I do get my water intake in everyday though. Good luck!
