Excellent suggestion!!! I am in a house of 4 adults. Everyone eats differently and I am the only one doing this WOL. My weaknesses are chips and the cherry cobbler my daughter likes to make.
I have designated "MY" shelf in the pantry for MY stuff. If they are eating something that I feel I'm not strong enough to resist, at the time, I will leave the room. Then they feel bad... LOL... I'm trying to get them to eat that crap in the garage. LOL
Also another good suggestion.... take L-Glutamine. I take 2000 mg a day and it REALLY controls any sweet cravings I have. So much so that even when I make something "legal", it tastes icky. There are tons of sweet recipes on this board and I have links to many other low carb recipe sites.
You'll be ok. The ultimate power you have is your committment. If you want to be smaller bad enough, you will get through it :yes
