| Always read the label and compare it to the Acceptable Foods list. For at least the first two weeks of induction, stay away from processed foods like this. Just cook extra meat at dinner time and use that for your snacks. After the first two weeks, you can think about adding them back in, but in the meantime, look around for something with more acceptable ingredients. |
