| :wave Hi, I am also in the uk. The best mayonaisse on offer to us here is the HELLMANS FULL FAT one. Stay away from the lower fat brands as they are higher in carbs. Also eating the full fat version helps increase your fat intake. I hope this helps. Rich

Especially those "value" sausages. I saw some recently that were just 34% meat!!!!!!! Slightly off topic though, sorry. R

| The Helmans here in the States has trace sugar, it reads as zero on the nutrition label but it's listed on the ingredients label. Homemade Mayo is really easy to make and you can flavor it any way you like,
whiter in color. Pour the oil in very...very slowly (or it'll end up awful) whisk in a few drops then keep a tiny trickle of oil pouring in, you can use a blender, hand blender or even a mixer if you like. After it thickens you can add anything you like curry, herbs, spices, dry mustard. *Make sure everything is room temperature the egg, the oil even the bowls and whatever you use to mix it - if anything's cold your Mayo will end up runny, keeps a week in the fridge but because it has a raw egg I toss it after one or two days. | I noticed that the best mayo we have here are the ones labelled "whole egg mayonnaise". Can you find something similar with low carbs?
