| How much feta did you use? I bought feta last night, and it specified 100g has 2g carbs - that was about the size of 2 cubic inches. Some fetas also have more carbs than others

| I'd advise you to stay away from the bags of pre-shredded or crumbled stuff because they tend to add starches in order for the cheese to not stick together. Just buy a hunk of feta and crumble it yourself. Same with grating your own cheese. |
