| Hi, :wave there is no need to panic, as this is 100% natural. You are experiencing something that we call “Atkins Flu”. Its due to your body adapting to your new way of eating. Give it a couple of days and you will get through it. The best thing you can do to combat this, is just increase your water intake this will help flush it through. Nearly everyone who does Atkins suffers with this. I hope you feel better soon. Rich

| Hi Maysea, :wave Welcome to the Atkins Flu, but not to worry it passes and we've all been through it. It feels awful I know but it's a positive sign that Atkins is working. Your body is going through the essential adjustments needed to lose the weight you want and reach new levels of improved health and fitness, so hang in there it's only temporary. It's good that your eating, try eating six small meals a day so you don't feel overwhelmed by food. Drink plenty of water, get the rest you need and don't push yourself to do things you don't feel ready for. You'll be feeling better than ever in no time - guaranteed Peter |
