| thanks guys, i have a question though, in the book it has a warning about bacon and hidden sugars. But in the same warning it says 4onces of organ meat a day. Is there a limit on bacon. I had five pieces, wasnt crisp but cooked nicely. After being on WW for so long its hard to switch into a eating fat mode =) - i found i couldnt finish my omlette too - its alot more food than im used to on WW- hehe will take time to switch my head over i guess...
