Default I wanna snack...BUT IM STILL FULL

Hey all,
listen I am in to mood to snack, but I am still full. I know I can drink water. But is it okay to snack on some no carb meat??? I think I already know the answer, but Im wondering if this would be considered a craving?

It's kinda a double edged sword. Yes, you can snack on anything on the acceptable food list, however, Dr. Atkins also says eat when you're hungry, and then only until satisfied. Many of us became over weight not only because of poor food choices, but eating too much. I would suggest trying to eat only when you're hungry and go no longer than six hours without a meal or snack. Induction is a time to break our bad habits. You can do it!

Many people wonder why they don't lose weight when they are only eating foods on the approved list. Well, Some of you may believe that losing weight is just a matter of reducing carbohydrates. counting hidden carbs and totally ignoring the calories you eat is setting you up for failure. Of course if the craving is killing you, then go ahead, but if you are eating more calories than you are expending that day, you will not lose fat.

But if you keep track, then you can determine whether eating that snack will greatly affect you or not. If you are still taking in 500 calories less than you are using that day, then it won't matter because you will still have a calorie deficit and you will still lose fat.

Thank you for your input. I appreciate it very much. Even this morning I had a quarter of a egg/ham/mushroom omelette, and I am still full, with three 16 oz H2O today (I excercised), and it is 9:15 my time. I ate at 7 this morning. My appetite is getting smaller!!!!
