| No need to cheat on Atkins - you can eat! There is no reason to refrain from having a little snack. You can eat. Make the mock danish instead. 1 egg 1 ounce of cream cheese 1 dash of cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon of almond flavoring 1/2 teaspoon of ground flax 1 packet of spenda mix with a hand mixer Nuke at 125 Eat with a little pat of butter

But I did it, after I get past 5-7pm I am ok, but during that time, I think I need a snack. Now at my job I get off about 2am, so I got about 2 more hrs not to cheat, when I get home I have to make sure I go straight to bed and not the kitchen b/c then I think I have to have a P-Nut Butter&Jelly sandwich, Why cheat with that right?
