NOpe chicken soup is great!
I likechili too.
if your throat gets sore you can suck on some ice chips or get some sugar free glycerin throat pops or drops in the kids section of the store they will coat your through and rehydrate the tissues.

If you need some more comfort food purree some cauliflower and make faux taters.

you can make any soupwithout the noodles, beans. rice or potatoes.

Hope you are better soon

everything but the beans if you put beans in there is induction legal.

All spices are legal. peppers, onions, meat and if you use tomatoes in yours are all on the aceptable foods lists.

Check your spice mix though as some chile has sugar in it.

I brown the meats, pour off the grease, add the onions and peppers to the pan and sweat them, add the chili powder and cook for 3 min to release the flavors. then add the liquids and let it simmer. I caluclate the carbs for the whole pot and figure out what I'm willing to spend from my carb budget for a bowl then label the container as having that many carbs/servings and eat some. if I say I want 5 net carbs a serving and it had 25 in the pot them I know I need to stretch it to 5 servings. You can use it to make taco salad too and chili omelets to stretch your servings even furtue!

I make both white and red chili
