Default Are you in a menu rut?!??!

I just had to let my fellow Inductioneers know how much I LOVED the pizza recipe at http://users3.ev1.net/~fontlady/pork_rind_pizza.html . It was absolutely delicious...And after making it, my house smells delicious too!!!!! It was as good and, dare I say, better than take out. It hit the spot. It even felt like cheating for a quick minute.

TRY IT!!!! LOVE IT!!!!!!

In UK they are called Pork Scratchings or Pork Crackles or Cracklings and are usually on sale beside potato crisps and other savoury snack foods.
BTW I usually make Biker Goddess Pizza which doesn't need them or use the microwaved flax bread for a pizza base.

I made pizza a couple of years ago and didn't use the pork rinds...but, because they're carb free I decided to add it to see there'd be any difference. One difference is that the crust just looked delicious, like I could eat it on its own. But, I could also pick it up and hold it--which made it feel like the real thing. I couldn't really do that with the other (cream cheese/egg/cheese) crust.

But, both are delicious! I'm about to go eat left overs now.
