| In UK they are called Pork Scratchings or Pork Crackles or Cracklings and are usually on sale beside potato crisps and other savoury snack foods. BTW I usually make Biker Goddess Pizza which doesn't need them or use the microwaved flax bread for a pizza base.

| I made pizza a couple of years ago and didn't use the pork rinds...but, because they're carb free I decided to add it to see there'd be any difference. One difference is that the crust just looked delicious, like I could eat it on its own. But, I could also pick it up and hold it--which made it feel like the real thing. I couldn't really do that with the other (cream cheese/egg/cheese) crust. But, both are delicious! I'm about to go eat left overs now.
