| Yes, exercise is ALWAYS okay!! Sorry about the knee .. are you sure it wasn't caused from wearing worn out shoes? I had that happen at first when I started running ... Once I got the right shoes, the knee pain disappeared and that was 18 running months ago! Betty

| exercise is coming back for me... I can't commit to anything yet... not an hour or anything a day.. but I AM doing my gazelle.. it's right in front of the tv... at LEAST 10 minutes a day... 10 minutes isn't much... but it's a start.. and for me ... it's a committment to start some exercise again..... |

| Every little bit helps! If you have to build yourself up, do that. You will be surprised at how much you will gradually be able to do. It is better to start out with a small amount of exercise, than no exercise at all. :hug
