| This is weird. I checked the scale again today (again, I know I shouldn't have), and I dropped another pound! What the **** is going on? Thats four pounds in six days.... if this keeps up, I will have easily lost over 10% of my goal weight in merely two weeks. Wow. I know thats not to be unexpected, but its really freaky. Maybe its just a fluctuation? :confused |

| Congrats on all the success!! Your losses are fantastic. Keep up what you are doing and they could continue all the way through Induction. Even if they don't keep up a pound loss per day, you certainly have progressed and learned a new WOE. Good job! PS I would start measuring myself too now if you haven't. Inches lost are as cool as pounds lost.

| From what I understand, you can expect to lost 10% of your excess weight during the two week induction period. I lost 11 lbs the first 2 weeks. If that was 10% for me I'm not sure I want to be 5'7/130! Ruth

| congrats!! I'm in there with you... because I kinda STARTED the thing on the 21st.. but didn't REALLY begin until Friday, 22, ... and today .. the 29th.. I'm down 10 pounds... (part of that was water weight I would have lost even without any diet ... you know.. that TOM thing)... I realize this pace won't continue.. but I'm loving it while it lasts!! |

| Great results! Just remember the weight loss will slow down. But isn't it exciting when the weight is just dropping off at the beginning. WOO HOO!!! Happy Low carbing! |
