| you need to eat 3 cups of the acceptable induction vegies during induction. Check your packages and use that free online site www.fitday.com or any other site you can find for checking out your carb counts. Do yourself a favor and get a copy of DR ATKINS NEW DIET REVOLUTION 2002 or newer printing. It will be the best $7 you ever invested in yourself. then read it cover to cover and then reread the induction chapter 11. Happy low carbing.

| On fitday you have to check whats in the amount box...for eggs, it always pops up 1 "cup" instead of 1 egg. If you use the arrow, it gives you choices, and you select the size of the egg you had. It took me a while to catch that. Hope this helps. You'll get the hang of it all! |

| Also if you're buying packaged meatballs, they have bread in them. They usually show up as pretty high in carbs. You can make them without bread by using eggs and seasonings, and they turn out pretty yummy. I also used a little ground flax seed as a binder...they were good. |
