Starting a Dairy Free Induction

Hello all. I'm a lactose intolerant Atkinser....wondering if there is anyone else out there who might want to join me and another ADBB'er in supporting each other? Today is day 1 for me. I lost alot last year without any dairy problems, but this year, my stomach just can't seem to handle them at all...anyone experience this change?

I can't say I have. Just remember to get your fat sources in--olive oil, etc.
