| A bloated feeling is usually an indication that your body is replenishing fat cells with excess water and preparing itself for a sudden release of this stored up fluid (termed 'whoosh' here). Keep drinking and you will be rewarded. Keep salt down also, as Cher mentioned. By the way, this cycle will continue all through your weight loss period and is perfectly normal. |
