| Tea is fine. Just watch the caffein and do not count it towards your daily water. |

| I read here (I think) that if you let your 'caffeineated' tea sit for half a minute then pour that water out and add new water you will have poured most of the caffeine away. Can anyone confirm this?

| Is it possible to start getting used to decaffeinated tea? There are some teas that taste like tea but have no caffeine in it too, maybe it's worth hunting for those? Anyhow, if you find that your earl grey isn't causing you to stall, then I don't see why it would hurt to have your cuppa! Cheers

| You can get decaf Earl Grey tea!! :icondance That's what I drink on occasion. I use Tetley, but I'm sure there are other ones out there. Earl Grey is so luxurious. |

| I love tea! I still drink 2 cups of green tea at dinner, I know it has caffine in it but it hasn't stalled me. The most important thing is to still drink lots and lots of water, most of the regulars on this site drink at least a gallon a day.

| Just a note: Green or black tea may help lower cholesterol and increase metabolism. Perhaps try sticking with these two for a while and see if you keep losing. If you start stalling, try a decaf. Regular tea has much less caffeine than a cup of coffee, fyi. |
