Default suggestions please.

I'm to the point where I'm completely sick of meat and eggs for breakfast. Any acceptable shake mixes anyone knows of or other alternatives? I don't want to skip bf but i'm rarely hungry during the day and I'm kinda lost for ideas. thanks in advance.

I'm going through the same thing! Eating Bacon, sausage & ham was such a treat when my DH & I started in February, now, I'm tired of it. I've never been a big breakfast eater anyway. One thing that I have started doing is making Quiche and eating a slice of it cold for breakfast, I got the recipes from this web site:

If anyone has an induction friendly shake recipe, please send it along!!!

This morning I had scramble eggs, but instead of eating bacon with I put some avocado on top. It was much more refreshing that way. Also, you can have a refreshing salad for breakfast. Just think outside the box. I could never find a safe shake that I like so I'm sorry I can't help you there.

Please don't waste your money on shake mixes! (save it for the new clothes you're going to need to buy!!

Eat whatever floats yer boat for breakfast!

I seem to be content with my two cold boiled eggs and if I have some sausage leftover, I'll have that too.
It took me a long time to embrace breakfast as I used to feel a bit sick when faced with food in the morning, but I look forward to it now.

Deli meat rollups with cream cheese in them (you can make up a whole container of these for breakfasts and snacks. I also like to sliver up some pickles and put them in there too.)
Leftovers from the night before are always good.

Make up some tuna salad, or egg salad the night before and eat it with a celery stick.

Bake some little meatballs in the oven (350 for about 30-45 mins) and eat those dipped in ranch or blue cheese dressing. You can make a batch, freeze it, and nuke what you want when you want it.

Make some flax bread and put cream cheese on it for a sort of 'bagel' experience. Don't eat too much of it though..remember the flax limits!

I will cook down some rhubarb (it's on the 1 cup list) with some splenda and use a tsp of that as jam on the cream cheese. It's delicious.

I also have deli meat with cheese, sometimes just cheese slices, and my favorite..the mock danish for breakfast!

Hey, I eat left overs for breakfast. Like pot roast, baked chicken, sliced tomatoes, small toss salad. It doesn't have to be breakfast food for your morning meal.

Like they say, think out of the box. Get creative!! Taco salad without the bowl. deviled eggs. I could go on forever!!

Please don't waste your money on expensive frankenfoods. You will have greater results by eating pure unprocessed foods.

Happy Low carbing!

What they said about alternate meals is what I do.. I never (or very rarely) eat eggs for breakfast. On occasion I will, like if we are out or a big family thing with eggs as the main thing. But, I normally eat leftovers or tuna or chicken and cheese, cucumbers, meatballs. Once in a while I take egg salad, but it stinks up the classroom!!

Eat whatever you want to eat whatever time you want to. I generally have omelettes for dinner and dinner for breakfast. It depends on what you feel like having when you get up. If I had to eat eggs and bacon everyday, I would go back to never eating breakfast. :no
