| I know it is possible to tighten the skin on your neck and chin. I had a huge double chin and now it has gone down pretty good. I am 50 years old. You can tell how mine tightened up in my photos. I've done a lot of neck stretches and used night cream on my face and neck as I've lost the weight. I think the amount of water you drink also helps to give your skin elasticity and helps it go back in shape.

| Like Dream said, drink your water and hopefully your skin elasticity will do wonders. I am 54 years old and I don't have to much sag in the chin area. So think positive and prove your sister wrong. LOL I still like my body with a few sags better than the bloated, swollen, fatter one. Happy Low carbing. If I can find the link I found for face exercises I will come back and post it. www.facercise.com here is is! Becky Sue |

| I'm only 30 but I can't say my double chin is going. It's smaller, but my face is definitely bigger than when I was at the same weight before - I can see from the photos. I do these chin exercises, but I don't think it's working...

| Have you heard of Callanetics? (Callentics.com) The tiny little stomach exercises, which take approximately 3 minutes altogether, also do double-duty in helping to alleviate a double chin. I've been doing the tummy work since 1996 - and while I focus chiefly on a 20-minute Pilates Abs DVD 3x/week to take care of my torso toning, the Callanetics abdominal exercises are something I do every Thursday morning before my workout. It's worth looking into! The Callanetics workout is newly available on Amazon on DVD, but you can get it for just $4-$6 on Half.com. http://half.ebay.com/cat/buy/prod.cg...&meta_id=3

| I posted in the womens forum a link for skin brushing. I'll try to find it when I get home, and post it again. Dry skin brushing helps to rejuvenate and tone and tighten your skin. It can be done all over the body, but you need to use a seperate, smaller brush for the face. I'll post the link this evening. It will help a double chin. |

Beware that the tape is old, though, and that Callan keeps saying you can make your rear end look like "a perfect peach" which just makes me giggle. :laughing |
