| Yes, I agree..you know the right path and decide to follow it. I always tried this WOE but with alot of sugar alcohol frankenfoods, then I would get frustrated because it wouldn't work or I'd only lose a few pounds. Now I'm trying to do it the correct way.

| Thanks, Im commiting myself to follow it to the T today, and the rest of the week, altho Im a bit nervous about starting to excersize, my back and feet hurt when I stand to long or even clean my house for a half an hour, lol, maybe I should get back on that health rider and also start weight training, we have a free gym at my community college and I go 4 times a week for school anyway? I know it will give me energy in the long run, anyone else have this stupid fear of excersize? |

| well I went a full day without the soy milk, it was hard but i told myself if i can give up drugs and sugar and co-dependent relationships then I can give up soy milk, lol, gosh the addict in me just tries to grab hold of anything! today I need to get on my health rider, because I miss my big weekly weightlosses also, 1lb a week sucks, but I will be happy with 2 or 3lbs, anyway thanks everyone :hug |

| Are you drinking lots of water? When I upped my water intake to 1 gallon a day, the weight really started coming off. You gotta exercise honey, it's part of the plan. I know it's hard when you have back & feet problems, I have multiple sclerosis and there are days where I just want to lay in bed, but I make myself get up and get moving! Send us a message and let us know when you exercise, we'll be happy to hear it! Do you have a pool at your college? Water aerobics is great exercise and you don't have to wear a bathing suit. I wear an exercise bra under a t-shirt and shorts. There are some video/DVD's that a lot of people here use, they are by Leslie Sansone and they are called Walk Away the Pounds. You basically march in place, they go from 1 mile all the way up to 4 miles I do 2 miles one day and 3 miles the next but I started with the 1 mile and at first it kicked my butt, now it seems easy. You are doing really great on the weight loss, 30 pounds is fantastic, your back and feet will hurt less and less as you lose weight. Good Luck!!!!
