Default Day 14!

Woohoo! Is it Day 14 already? I can't beleive it because i have lost weight and not felt hungry between meals.

Except for the time the navigation on our car went wacko and we drove all over orlando looking for a nearby TGI FRIDAY's to eat there Atkin's meals., that was FUN (not!). lol. We were both so hungry I told my husband he was "insane" and in the moment i meant it. I was like, let's just get a burger no bun! He's like "No." It's Saturday and I must have low carb cheesecake!. He's not on atkin's to lose weight, he' already just right, he is only doing it for my sake, but He sure was determined to get his cheesecake that day, we drove around for a hour. Well, needless to say after we got situated at the restauarnt we ordered garden salads to start. I thought, thank god, food! So i took one bite of the salad, and the balasmic vinaigrette was creamy, and SWEEEEEEEEEET. So, then i just didn't eat my salad. He was happpily chomping away, he had ordered ranch. I was ready to eat carpet, but finally my chicken and shrimp with broccoli came out and it was well worth the wait.

So other than that day, I haven't felt like i was going to kill someone if i didn't eat. I can't beleive I lost exactly 7 lbs on induction. I had lost a couple before i started atkin's but I'm not really sure *how that happened, it just did. I keep having thoughts like, will my body really keep losing weight if i eat like this? It's just so bizarre that I can eat what i eat and lose weight like this. It's amazing! I hope it's not just a dream and I really can get down to my goals listed below.

Default Congrats

I love Fridays when I'm going out with friends or out of town. My friends always know where we have to go and for the most part they don't complain.

If you go on the atkins site there is a coupon for your husband for a piece of free cheescake.

Happy Atkins!

Nows the time if you are going to move on to Owl, which I would advise because of the amount of weight you have to loose.

balasmic vinaigrette was creamy
Balsimic is a no-no on iduction because of its sugar content, and also stay away from Apple cidar vineager aswell at resteraunts. They buy stuff thats called Apple cider FLAVORED vinegar. Full of sugar...bad stuff!

Congratulations on everything!

Yeah, I said I did not eat it. And the balsamic I use at home has 1 carb for two tablespoons.....
