| Hi, when I caculate your carbs (1800 x 1%/4 = 4.5 carbs ) that tells me your carbs are really low. Is there some reason you're so low? Can you give some detail of what you're eating? :eating |

| i think you may be okay. the day is not yet over, so try to eat some more protein and some veggies for the carbs. maybe a chicken salad would be good. Good luck!!

| For the amount of exercise you are doing, you definitely aren't eating enough. Also make sure you are measuring your foods properly. 3 ounces of meat has the same dimensions as a standard deck of playing cards. So if you're eating twice that amount, you'll have to adjust that amount on your fitday. The other thing is to expand your vegetable horizon. Lettuce is not the only veggie you are allowed to eat. There are higher carb veggies on the "salad" veggie list and on the "other veggie" list that you can eat.
