Skin brushing and plenty of moisturizing will help. I too have lot's of stretchmarks and flabby skin. Give your skin time to go back...and eventually your stretchmarks will fade.

I've read similar posts in the past and what I got out of them was that it will take time for your skin to snap back. Not that it will snap back all the way, but you won't know to what degree for quite a while.

Just be patient. Do you exercise? I am concerned you may have lost some muscle since you lost so much so fast. Perhaps you could exercise and lift some free weights and do some floor exercises.

g-mom Thanks for your concern. I actually started 50 pounds heavier then your starting weight and am 1" taller I have lost 9 pounds of lean body mass. The trainer said not to worry about that that I will lose some becasue it is not all needed now that my body is carrying around less mass. I am exerciseing, and I feel great, I just look al jiggly when I am naked Thanks Amy
