| Flax is legal. I'm not a fan (but we do have some) so I take fiber pills. That seems to be enough for me, so I don't have any other ideas. Laura

| Well being a southern girl :wave and having just had this for supper, I would suggest mustard greens. Trust me when I tell ya that you will be "moved" when you eat them. :yikes LOL! |

| Why not move on to just the first rung of OWL and add several 'two weeks worths' of 5 net carbs of veggies? Then stay on that rung as long as you want to - eating maybe 6 servings of veggies and up to 35 carbs? There is no rule that you must work up the rungs quickly - only that once you have only 5-10 pounds left to go you should be in premaintenance.

| The higher I go on OWL the more fiber I'm getting. I didn't mean to do it that way, but that's just how it worked out. |
