| Sorry the sauce in most Mongolian Beef is just loaded with corn starch and flour. If you ate it sans any sauce and of course the noodles (if they are the same ones I am thinking they are), it would be fine approach being ok as the veggies are mostly onions, green onions, and peppers. The sauce is definitely a nono though.
