| You look great! Now just pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and get back on track. Put your baseball bat back in the closet and stop beating yourself up. Maybe you should consider moving to OWL. A few rungs up the ladder might make all the difference.

| I noticed you mentioned that 'I don't need to diet anymore' I believe in order for any WOE to work you need to think of this as a lifestyle change, and new way of eating, a new way of life, not a diet! I'd also highly recommend that you move into OWL, this will probably really help you with this lifestyle change. Alot of people fear OWL, they think they will stop losing. That's not the case, some actually break stalls by going to OWL. The added food choices really give you far more variety, and break the boredom, making this WOE so much easier. Good luck! HTH.

| Thank you all for your encouragement! I'm on day 3 and going strong. Have 4 lbs left from that cheat....ugh! Oh well. I do plan on moving to OWl as soon as i hit 170. I do think that will help me stay more on tract. For now i'll be on extended induction for 2 weeks and go from there. If i'm down to 170 by then i'll move over to OWL |

| Jennifer! I have been feeling the same as you for the past few weeks...it will pass, it will, you just have to find that place or that thing that motivates you and focus on it. Extra exercise and being hard on myself in that area really helped elevate my mood yesterday....I am feeling soo much better now, and you will too, you just gotta pick yourself up, don't even think about it just DO it! Thinking about it you will make a million excuses to yourself why you should take one more day before you re-induct, etc. We are all here for you and rooting you on, and I think the majority of the people who post here see you as definitely one of the best motivators and inspirations we have here...your pictures are absolutely STUNNING! The difference is so amazing, everytime I see them it definitely motivates me! You have done so well, you don't want to give up all that hard work now...look at all the things you have sacrificed for yourself...you don't want to lose it or you will feel miserable regretting it for a long time. We are rooting for you girl! Oh and we need to get together for dinner soon!

| You'll be absoultely fine - you've been a huge inspiration to me too. I had a crappy weekend to - weekend before last I really blew it big style with the wine.Not only did I feel terrible the day after I was SO angry with myself too. We're all only human after all. You'll get back on track. |

| I did the same thing a few weeks ago, which led to binge eating and going way overboard and it made me crave everything which was carbs, to the point where i didn't want to eat ANYTHING from the acceptable foods list haha.. i KNEW what i wanted, looked into the future at myself thin and it just made me see what i wanted and put things into perspective. I said, i will not be down to 280 when school starts eating this way! (280 by sept.8 would mean 100 lbs down) I never thought i would come close to losing 100 lbs! BELIEVE ME, i never thought i would have come that close on 28 more lbs to go- it's amazing but im just kinda riding the wave and seeing where it takes me because, it cant be somewhere bad if im still losing!! GOOD LUCK because if ME of all people could do it, ANYBODY can do it!

| I agree with Sadie147- remember it's a lifestyle change not a diet you can go off of. But, I do know what it's like to cheat and have it turn into something ugly. One thing that I have come to realize is that I can not have just one bite or one serving...I am an addict and like an addict or alcoholic I can't have just one. So, for now I will stear clear from those foods and hopefully I will come to one day and be able to have that one serving! But congrats on your weight loss and here's to maintaining!

| 177 and TOM is here....oh yeah...i'm already in ketosis too...i'm so dang excited. It's amazing how i feel again just after 3 days of cheat free! WOW! I missed how it felt i guess! I'm almost back to 175 i figured maybe tomorrow i'll be back and may + so more! 160 here I COME! |
