| Do you feel a little hurt? Then it probably hurt you. Remember the trick with pizza it that it comes with it's own plate: just eat the toppings off that crust/plate and you'll be fine. Cheats happen...it's when you cheat and then say "the heck with it I'm eating all of the ice cream in the store" then things can go bad. Jump back on the wagon, do some extra cardio to burn off those carbs and get back on track. |

| Hey, I just ate half a pizza right off the convenient plate Dominos conveniently put it on for me and they didn't even charge me extra for it ! This is a WOL so get on with it. |

| Don't beat yourself up. Get back on the horse and keep moving. Things happen. I think we do it out of habit. It is important to really think about what you are doing before you do it. Don't let this one mistake lead to more mistakes. It was a mistake and we are all human and will make mistakes. |
