Hey how did your pilates go. I am planning on starting them next week, I do crunches at night and am pretty sore but I think I am ready for that lady. LOL, your powerhouse, know what you mean.

Hey I didn't know you were in Houston, me too! That's cool, and you do kinda look like me. Hey, maybe we were seperated at birth.

You know, I'd probally be interested in Pilates, and would probally ad them to my exercise regime....

But I just can't get over the name....If someone asks me what I do for exercise, I can't imagine myself saying, "pilates, Its so good for my thighs" lol...

Maybe I can just call it something else....

oh and whats the powerhouse? lol

I like Pilates for Dummies. Easy enough and yes you get sore, but you know in the end that it will be less sore the more you go.

ANd I have no problem saying that is why I am sore ot stretched. People laugh at it till they try it, then they return the DVD and hapily say, "Good work---uh, why don't YOU keep it"

Believe it or not I just threw the whole Windsor Pilates set away lol..I have had it for over a year now and tried to do it when I first got it and couldn't do it (of course I was 60 pounds heavier) and I tried it a couple of weeks ago and still couldn't get the stupid breathing down. And if it's not fun It's definately not going to keep my interest lol...isn't that terrible? I guess I figured if I have been exercising for the past 6 months religiously and still can't do it, I don't want to look at it anymore lol.
