| My first time around I lost almost 70 pounds in 4-5 months. This time around I have lost 6 pounds in the first week of induction. and only 2 in the second week. so it's tough not seeing that scale move like it used to. it makes me frustrated but i know patience is a virtue and it will eventually come off. It's not considered a plateau until 4 weeks without loss I think....so I just keep going on....I do know the first time around I'd lose 5 pounds over night...this time, HMPH! lol....thats what I get for cheating and falling off the wagon I guess, I've heard it said that you only TRUELY get ONE CHANCE. So, what can we expect? xoxox
