| You are going to be eating less than 20 grams of carbs per day, net. This means you take the total carbs consumed, subtract fiber grams, and what is left is the net carbs. You want your percentages to be approximately 65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs. We can't give you a specific gram amount for protein and fat. You can use fitday.com to keep track of your foods and to tell you the ongoing percentages as the day goes on.

| Here's a link to help you with Fitday. http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5235 If you are eating according to the Acceptable Foods list, and following the Rules of Induction, you should pretty much be at the numbers you need to be at. It helps to see the numbers in front of you though in case there's tweaking to be done. |
