| First the answer to your first question, if you want to get back in into Induction, just start eating with the rules again. You might not be in ketosis right away, but you are back on the right track. Depending on the carb binge, it might take you 2 to 5 days to get back to burning strictly fat for energy again. As to your second question, EI is simply following the rules of Induction style eating past the 14 days. So if you are eating foods off the Acceptable Foods List, you are not doing EI. I would recommend moving on to OWL if you are having cravings for foods not found in Induction. It is much better to add them deliberately with the rungs than based upon cravings. You can eat 20g/ carbs in OWL as well, but one of the goals should be finding out your CCLL as well. The point in which you stop losing due to increasing your carbs. It is up to you.
