That is true, but also to add.
Your body doesn't know what time it is, it just works off of your input. the majority of the population operate in the Get up in the morning and go to bed at night mode. thats why you have the majority people on the board talking about the benefiets of not eating after 7pm.
Now the reason behind it? Whenever you start slowing down, so does your body. Your muscles relax, most macro systems are slowing down including your
metabolism. thats why you shouldn't eat huge meals.
A slow metabolism means your body doesn't need that much fuel and thinks to itself, "hmmm...I will save all this glucose that I just recently turn from protein into fat for later use".
