Default what do you think of these items during induction?

I just want to give some of these recipes that I am eating so someone can tell me if this is not "clean" enough:

Broccoli Cauliflower Salad-
above veggies
1 Cup mayo
2 tbsp vinegar
1/8 cup splenda

Quiche -
6 eggs
1 cup cream
bacon/sausage
cheese, cheese (ok, less cheese )

Spaghetti Squash with oil, vinegar, sausage and broccoli

Sausage and Mushrooms -
Hollowed out mushrooms filled with sausage, a little chives, and cheese (oops, cheese again )

Also, is flax bread ok to eat? Just eggs, flax seed meal, splenda, sugar free syrup, tsp each baking soda and powder??

Deep dish pizza -
crust - cream cheese, italian blend, parm - wow, it's amazing I can go at all, huh? flax seed is wonderful
1/4 pizza sauce, pepperoni, sausage and CHEESE, ugh!

Thanks in advance for advice!!
Kelly

The sauce probably has sugar in it as most do. If Im not mistaken, tomatoes are sugary themsaleves. Make sure with these recipes you dont go over your allowed sweetner amount, and veggie amount as well. You are allowed more of some vegies than others. Make sure you know which ones and how much you are using. Mayo also may say it has 0 carbs, but like everything, you need to read the label, as many state sugar in the ingrediants. You can get reipes to make sauces more lo carb friendly. I am by no means an expert, and hope Ive given good advice. Hope it helps a little.

I'll be over for lunch in an hour....lol

Looks good! As mentioned the tomato sauce can be high in carbs and if it's from a can or a jar it no doubt has added sugars so make your own if you're concerned about that.

All of it looks good! Careful with your cheese limits though.
Er..having said that I wanted to recommend that you try putting some crispy bacon and shredded cheddar cheese into that broccoli cauliflower salad...OMG...it's so good I could eat a bucketful of it.
I made a coleslaw last night with red wine vinegar/mayo/splenda and it was awesome with a tiny bit of sweet onion in it.

Flax bread is fine, but remember we are limited to 2 tbs of flax a day, so slice it thinly and make sure you drink lots of water so that the fiber can make it's way through you.
Be mindful of the 3 sweeteners limit as well.

Try making the flax bread without the sweeteners and use it for a sandwich too...I really enjoy it ...I never was a sandwich person in my life, but I guess when you go without for a year or so they become appealing again...lol

Ohh, I forgot, I do add bacon and cheese to the broccoli cauliflower salad!!! You know, before Atkins I NEVER ate cauliflower. Now I eat it in that salad plus I make faux potato salad with it! Who would have guessed. Also, I had a 3 pound gain this week eating these foods. Do you think this may just have been a body adjustment thing since these items are good for induction??

Thanks for all the great advice!

Maybe you are eating either too much cheese or too much splenda?

As long as you are eating enough to make you feel satisfied and not just eating the whole plateful because it is there you should be fine.
If you think you might be overindulging because your mind doesnt recognise not being hungry try putting half the usual amount on your plate and eat it then wait 15 minutes or so to see if you are still hungry before you finish the rest of it.
It sometimes takes our minds that amount of time to recognise the signals of being satisfied so we need to retrain them.
