Hello Old Jeans!!!

It finally happened!
After 3 weeks of the scale not budging, it moved! And even more today! In the last two days, I have lost 4 lbs!!!

Yesterday's loss inspired me to try on a shirt that I had shoved into a drawer once it looked not too hot, and instead of finding it, I looked in the wrong drawrer, and found jeans that I haven't worn in over a year... I decided to try them on, and they did up! ANd, they made my bubble butt look GREAT!!!! They were a little snug when I sat down, but here's hoping, that soon, they'll be too loose!!!

I just have to say, that so many of you have been such an inspiration to me. Looking at your pictures, and reading what everyone else goes through, lets you know that it is possible to do this, to stick to it, and not only look great but feel fantastic! I went for a walk today in my old running gear, looked better than I used to, and felt better than I have in SO long!
So, for anyone new to Atkins, I think that this site is such a support! Ask any question without embrassment, because everyone here has been through this, and may even have some helpful and encouraging words for you!

Whhhhoooo hooooooo!!! I on the other hand, tried ona pair od jean cut offs I could wear a few years ago and they wouldn't button... MINI GOAL- I will get aback on those within a month or so!!!!!! They are close to buttoning! BUT, EEEEEKKKKKK- I wore them about 5yrs ago, couldn't wear them, then lost some and could wear them again... NOW- I CAN"T yikes, sad feeling when you realize you have been letting yourself go.... none the less... move on no regrets. WHAT A GREAT FEELING TO FIT INTO OLD-SMALLER CLOTHING!!! CONGRATS!!!
