| I wouldn't think it would knock you out of ketosis, so I would suggest going back to whatever stage you were eating before. Next time, you could try a salad from Subway, I hear they are very good. |

| Next time, remind yourself that you actually do have a choice. When I go to Subway, I order the tuna sandwich. Without bread. They will put scoops of tuna in a bowl for me with other veggies.

| yep you had choices and you chose the wrong for your phase one. So you should be moving to OWl now as soon as you are sure your ketosis is working okay and your cravings are under control. Happy low carbing

| At the local sandwich shop they know me as the lady who wants her steak sub in a bowl. No need to ask anymore. They just do it. Can be done. |

| Not a terrible choice - it at least got you through. Now back to the induction menu, or start on to OWL if you like. Next time you'll know you have other choices also. No skipping breakfast, though. It is important to get a good start on the day! ~ Linda
