Default what am I doing wrong

I started Induction 6/29/05 and to this date I keep lossing and gaining the same 5lbs. One day I'm down 5lbs and the next I am up 3.
I walk a least 2 miles 3 days a week and I do weight training 2 to 3 times a week, there has not been a significant change in the way my cloths fit either.

What am I doing wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can you post your menu? As well as how much you want to loose?

Hi Ruth,

Did you also take your measurements when starting? If not, take them now.

I personally don't always notice just how tight my clothes are at times. One of those blind spots trying to hide from myself the weight I've gained. With the increased exercise you might not be seeing the difference on the scale, but they are necessary positive steps towards a healthier you. The results WILL come.

As New Me said, your specifics with weight and menu will help a lot.

~ Linda

Remember too that muscle weighs more than fat, so you might be replacing light, fluffy fat with heavier denser muscle. You shouldn't be weighing every day because the scale is evil! Measure yourself and keep track of inches lost. Also, are you drinking lots of water?
