| You're right, this is Induction-friendly and the skim powdered milk isn't. Adding cocoa to the mock danish or flax pancakes might also satisfy your chocolate craving. And I know there was a brownie recipe around somewhere made with ground flax that's also doable. Not very sweet, and portion control is an issue for me with them, but they freeze well. I like them plain or with a dab of whipped cream. ~ Linda

| Try adding some cream instead of the milk.

| You might want to try the Chocolate Blobs from the recipe files!I make mine as Mocha blobs by adding a bit of instant coffee granules and a splash of Davinci SF Kahlua syrup. In fact, I made some up last night - I'm having pre-TOM cravings too. ![]() Chocolate Blobs 1 oz softened cream cheese 1 tspn plain cocoa powder 2 tblspn splenda Combine in bowl, divide into 4 blobs and freeze! |

| Cream Blobs 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder 3 tablespoons cream 1 packet splenda Stir together until it thickens. You can let it sit for a few minutes too to thicken. Drop blobs on a flat pan or plate covered with wax paper. Freeze. Divide the carbs (about 5) by how many blobs you have. Also, I don't think these taste nearly as yummy with hersheys or nestles cocoa. You need something like Droste or Valrhona (for example). Since chocolate is such a treat and I don't use it nearly as much as I used to, I find I don't mind spending the extra for really good stuff

| Thanks, I will definitely give these a try! And I want to look for those brownies and muffins! I think I will also try making meringues and adding a little cocoa! |
