For many people, moving to OWL and upping their carbs is just what their body needed to knock them out of a stall. Try it!

Monica - Some people use Acidophilus for yeast. Do you know if this is a probiotic or something else? Does this work for you without making too many changes to your diet?

Acidophilus is just one strain of good bacteria. There's a whole bunch of them and they all occupy various parts of your digestive tract and help with different things. That's why I always recommend a full spectrum probiotic, rather than just acidophilus. And if you're taking any kind of antibiotic, take a good probiotic in between the doses of antibiotics.
A lot of people use yogurt for yeast, but most yogurts contain lots of sugars or sugary fruits, which feed the yeast and bad bacteria.... so that's why it's generally better to just use a supplement rather than yogurt. Now Stoneyfield Farms does have multiple strains in their yogurt, but if I were fighting yeast/candida and wanted to use yogurt, I'd go with their plain stuff.
My personal favorites in supplement form are Primal Defense, which is some powerful stuff and rather pricey - it's made by Garden of Life...... and the other is PB8.
