| Great job! I've been losing at a fairly consistent rate since I started. However, weighing myself day in and day out (first thing in the morning) was getting to me. Two weeks ago I put the scale in the closet. I was rewarded with a 3lb. loss last Friday. Hopefully this Friday's weigh-in nets similar results. If not, I'll keep plugging away. I'm due to stall with only 13lbs or so left to go.

| Hello everyone!!! I joined yesterday but started doing Induction on May 31st and and have stayed on extended induction since then. The scale keeps showing the same weight for over the past month so I've stalled but I've noticed my body is changing so it's not really getting me down. Since I've started, I've lost 4 inches around my stomach at the naval section so I know this nutrition approach is working! I'm determined to get past this plateau I'm on so I've kicked up my exercise routine. I'm a treadmill junkie!! When I first started I wasn't exercising at all. Now though, I'm walking 5 miles a day and I start the incline at 10.0 and change the incline by 1.0 every 10 minutes. I've determined to be hard core until August 29th which is the day I do my next weigh-in. I HAVE to get past this plateau I'm going on a cruise at the end of October so my goal is to be 185 (which is 65 lbs lost). This was my goal weight if I took my my week lbs lost without any plateaus. I'm still determined to reach that goal cuz I don't give up that easily. Paul PS: For all of those who hate the treadmill, I strongly recommend Deborah Cox's Remixed CD! The beats match my walking speed and it's helped me many days I just wanted to give up. I hope it will help you out also.
